I started my 3 rd round of chemo yesterday and got more good news. Each time we have done chemotherapy my tumor markers are going down. My liver function is totally normalized and my hemoglobin is up. I have a repeat CT scan April 8 so that will give even more info than the blood [...]

Day one after chemo was pretty bad. Rebecca was in bed all day fighting the nausea. But we can see in her eyes that she is a bit better today — still in bed but eating and conversing instead of just lying as still as possible. Here are some pictures from the chemo waiting room. [...]

The last few days have been such a gift. I have been able to be up and about most of the day. It has felt so wonderful to do laundry, fill birdfeeders, get my own meals, have a few visitors, go out very briefly for tea with Yvonne, even make dinner last night….
